Arbitration in the DrugHub Market
Ensuring Fair Transactions
At DrugHub Market, we work hard to keep a reliable marketplace where buyers and sellers can do business with assurance. Our committed moderation team is prepared to step in and arbitrate disputes when they do arise, ensuring that everyone is treated equally.

Common Dispute Reasons
- The customer did not receive the goods as described in the description.
- Payment for a completed order was not received by the vendor.
- The item was lost or confiscated during transit.
- The compromise of a buyer or vendor account led to unauthorized actions.
Opening a Dispute
- Locate the challenged order in the "Orders" section of your account.
- Choose the cause from the dropdown menu after clicking the "Open Dispute" button.
- Provide a detailed description of the issue along with any relevant supporting documents.
- Once the dispute form has been submitted, wait for a moderator to be assigned to your case.

Dispute Resolution Process
After a disagreement has been started, a moderator will go over the data and supporting documentation that the buyer and seller have provided. They may use private chat to request further information or clarifications. After then, the moderator will decide based on the case's particulars and DrugHub Market's regulations.
Possible outcomes include:
- Buyer's full or partial refund
- Release of funds to the vendor
- Order cancellation and reimbursement of the buyer's money
- Serious violations might result in the offending party's account being suspended or banned.
Appeal Process
Any party has 48 hours from the time of the decision to file an appeal if they are unhappy with the moderator's choice. A senior moderator will review all of the information and render a final, legally binding decision once the matter has been escalated through an appeal.
Before making a purchase, always carefully examine advertisements, seller ratings, and market regulations to reduce the possibility of problems. Try to settle little disputes amicably with your trading partner and keep lines of communication open before bringing moderators in.
